Getting a contractor's license came naturally to Nicholas who followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and father. Along with his uncle, cousins and nephew, Nicholas belongs to a family full of builders. His construction career began as a union carpenter in the bay area, building custom homes. He then worked his way up from an apprentice to a journeyman carpenter, learning every aspect of the trades. As the founder of The Wright Construction Company, Inc. Nick Draws upon decades of experience as he oversees EVERY JOB and will personally make sure your project is "Built Wright" .

Danielle Espinoza co-founded The Wright Construction, Inc. alongside her partner, Nicholas Wright, with a shared vision of building a construction company rooted in quality, trust, and long-term client relationships. Together, they combined Nicholas’s field expertise as a general contractor with Danielle’s strengths in business development, organization, and client experience to grow the company into a trusted residential and commercial builder.
Danielle leads development and client relations, working closely with homeowners, investors, and project teams to ensure clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a seamless construction process from start to finish.
